3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Payment Terms

Workshop and Training Fees

• Payment is required in advance for all workshops and training sessions
• Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable Austrian VAT
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DecafSopra and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws.
